I have enjoyed living in a very quiet and secure community. The staff (office and maintenance) are great and very helpful when you needed. I recommend living here if you want peace and quiet.

want to recommend this apts. The staff is wonderful. Mr james is manager. Ms nicole and mr francisco are office support staff.the 3 maintenance men—mr steve is amazing— and Mr Cody & Mr emarione always keep our apartment running efficiency… cant recommend a better place to live.This Community has been home for some time. Thx yall for helping me all the time. I really enjoy the treat section for residents at the Clubhouse. Sue hughes.

Absolutely love living here with my son! The bus stop is right at the front with a nice sitting area and they give out treats on Fridays for the little ones. The pool and park are always clean, never overcrowded. Everyone is friendly. The neighborhood is quiet. All stores and restaurants are within 10 minutes driving distance! Emarione has been a great help with completing all my maintenance requests quickly. I have been here 3 years and I absolutely love it!

I enjoyed with the tours with both Nicole and Francesco. I just had to take a second look! I toured the 2 bedroom model with the fantastic color coordinations and designs. I really love the balcony apartment on the first floor levels (no stairs to climb! ) that looks as if I am on the second level but actually the first floor level. That’s a plus for me !🎊 The landscaping is very beautiful and serenity with the apartment that are situated with private balcony . The tubs a huge.the two bedroom looks as if I am in townhouse with 2 full bathrooms in each bathroom and spacious walk-in closets and a nice size laundry room area. The pool area and picnic area is really cool with a pool that is open all year round ! almost forgot the gym. I enjoy the tour and of hopes to be moving in October 2025💗 Peace ~Michele C

Great place to live! I've been here for over seven years and don't plan on moving any time soon. The Vinings staff work hard to make sure residents' needs are taken care of. James and Francisco of the office management are friendly, approachable, and go out of their way to respond to whatever random issues may arise. The maintenance crew, Jeremy and Amario, are two hardworking and knowledgeable guys who can fix anything in a pinch. Whenever a request is put in, they'll show up in less than 24 hours and do the job quickly and flawlessly. And of course Steve! Steve is the all around nonstop hardworking gentleman who makes sure the entire complex looks great and is operating perfectly. It's great to live in an area where there are people working who take their jobs seriously and respond to whatever issue may arise.

Mr. James Harper of The Vinings at Newnan Lakes was a delight to work with. His consistent follow up to my inquiries and details of various specifics that I had were awesome. He cares immensely about the variations of the properties and residents. The apartments are clean the lawn care is pristine. The grounds are well manicured with beautiful foliage. Also, He cares about providing quality customer service from beginning to the final closure of the contract. It was definitely a pleasure to work with him. The presentation packages that they offer about their amenities are a reflection of there overall service to what they provide to the residents.

This is a nice property with beautiful hardwoods and landscaping. The office and maintenance staff members are all simply outstanding. They are responsive, talented, professional and friendly. It's especially notable that during chats with neighbors, if Steve is mentioned, I almost always get a story. And the story is not only about his hard work, it is about his willingness to go the extra mile and his small acts of kindness, which make them feel valued and at home.

I have been living here for almost two years and I love it. I’ve experienced the two bedroom apartment and recently downsized to a one bedroom & both layouts are comfortable especially the one bedroom. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The maintenance team is knowledgeable and quick with fixing any issues I’ve encountered. I also feel safe and the landscape is always kept clean. I look forward on continuing to be a resident at The Vinings at Newnan Lakes. I’m grateful for my living experience here.

I have lived at The Vinings at Newnan Lakes for six years. The staff is amazing always very helpful. We have great amenities, and the grounds are always top-notch due to Steve, one of the maintenance guys! Anytime I’ve needed something fixed. It gets done that same day. They are always having events at the clubhouse to bring the community together. I would highly recommend these apartments!

The community is a beautiful place to reside & with the help of James it has made our decision so much easier. So many amazing qualities from the nice upkeep on the gardens to the beautiful care of the apartments & community itself! James was a big big help & had an amazing personality.
